Current and Upcoming Projects – April 2018

Small Urban Garden, Wellington, Somerset

This is a new project, recently started, and still under construction.

Client requirements:

Colour palette – white with a little pale pink

Planting – to include scented and edible plants. Also the client likes classic planting such as geraniums, pelargoniums, sweet peas and nasturtiums. The property has a dog and the area has many squirrels.

Aspect: sun to rear in morning, sun to front late afternoon.

Budget: small

The aim of the garden is to maximise the small space and provide an open, pretty, urban escape. Low maintenance. The property is being renovated to rent out so budget is key as is the garden being attractive yet easy to maintain for tenants. Use of reclaimed materials for is also preferred.
